Cabaret, music, circus, magic and comedy collide in Schadenfreude, a gloriously twisted new show starring Craig McLachlan as the devilish Dr Schadenfreude.

The good doctor has a theory: there is something wonderfully entertaining about watching somebody else’s perfectly ordered world fall apart. And he intends to explain exactly why.

With original music, twisted takes on familiar songs, circus, magic, burlesque and puppetry, Dr Schadenfreude invites his patients into a world where misfortune is the diagnosis and nobody is entirely safe.

Craig is joined by Kristian Lavercombe, known for his 2,600 performances of The Rocky Horror Show, and Brendan Irving. Music supervision by Vanessa Scammell.
